A-3 Skywarrior Assn.

Newsletter

Dear Members,

Mark and I would like to state our appreciation for the enthusiastic response to the A-3 Skywarrior Association. It has been exciting to watch our membership grow. Many old friends and old ship mates have been reunited. But most of all, bringing data, photos, and stories together that are an accurate historical archive of the Navy's hard working 'Whale' has been a fulfilling task. We thank each of you for your participation and hope you have enjoyed seeing this project off the ground.

With this, our first newsletter, we hope to inform you of new information, spotlight one of our members and start a new tradition for the 'Whale' community.

HOUSEKEEPING.........

One item that we need to tend to is our membership list. Unfortunately, the internet is not a perfect medium. We have received some membership forms with no data. There is no way to track them down unless, at least an e-mail address comes through. Some, no doubt, have been errors and you may have been successful on a second attempt. But, sadly some internet providers just can't handle the forms properly and we think some memberships have been lost.

The good news is that there is a solution. Please look over the membership list. If your name does not appear on the list and you filled out a membership form, please contact us immediately and we will get this solution straightened out. If your name is not on the list and you would like to join us, fill out this membership form, and you will be piped aboard.

If you are a member and are on the list please confirm your Email address. People often switch internet providers and hence their addresses are different. As this is the only way we can contact you efficiently, please make sure it is correct and notify us if we need to make some corrections.
